All items are used. New owner is responsible for safety of children and proper installation. Chains have been exposed to weather and do have rust. New owner can replace or paint as needed. Covered chains on trapeze/ring swing could use a new chain cover. Little Tikes disc swing needs new rope. One of the orange plastic swings has a slight slash that does not go through to the other side. Please check out the picture of the individual belt swing, you can see it there.
