I am looking for a skilled seamstress/dressmaker to make my wedding dress. The wedding is just a little under 2 years from now, but I want everything planned out asap. The top does have a corest/bustier shape, so I need someone who is experienced with them. The actual dress is way too expensive, and I'm looking to spend no more than $1500.
