I am 8 months into a one year lease and need to sublease for the remainder of the time (march 2010). The apt is on the 5th floor and has a great view. Elevator available in the building. The apt is very clean. Parking is available (private parking lot) for $60 a month. It is located one block from the green line which will get you downtown Chicago in about 25 minutes.
