I am looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease starting December 1st and ending 5/31/2010. The room for rent is in a carriage house in the heart of Wicker Park. It is a very good size with two walk in closets, good lighting and two large windows. The rent is $650 plus utilities which are very reasonable. The house has two bathrooms, two floors, and a spacious kitchen and living area. It is a three bedroom and you will have two male roomates ( I am a twenty-six year old female). One of the roomates works retail and substitute teaches and the other is an engineer. Everyone is respectful, clean and laid-back. This is a great space.
