We don't supply personal items such as: towels, linens, cookware or house wares. All apartments are cable, telephone, and high speed Internet (cable or DSL) available and are the new tenants expense. Utilities ARE included in the monthly rent. The furnished studio apartments are renting from $1025 to $1175 per month depending on factors like: size (square-footage), layout and where its located within the building and more. The apartments are large, bright and have large walk-in closets. Availability is very limited and we are "sold out" of several apartments. One Bedroom units start at $1500 and are large enough for 2-3 people!

The neighborhood is considered one of the finest in Chicago. We are located between the residential area and the commercial area of the Gold Coast. Everything (shopping, restaurants, entertainment, The Newberry Library, public transportation (bus & train), and museums, etc.) is right outside your door and the Lakefront & Bike Path is only a 3 minute walk from our building. We have a resident manager and engineer and there is 24 hour Front Desk Service and Security. We have a modern Laundry Facility and Bicycle Storage Room, both on the lobby level. We have flexible start and end dates on our lease's with a 3 month minimum stay. No pets allowed.
