We're located in Chicago's upscale Gold Coast neighborhood - steps from a variety of restaurants, retail, arts and entertainment venues and just a short walk to the lake. All of our furnished studio and one bedroom apartments are well maintained and come with kitchens, private bathrooms with tub & shower, large walk-in closets, high ceilings, wall-to-wall carpeting, mini-blinds on all windows, and outlets for cable tv, phone and high-speed internet.

We specialize in providing short-term rentals to individuals, as well as corporations, consultants, trade groups and interns. In addition, many of our tenants are long term, some for more than 25 years.

The building is well maintained, professionally managed by courteous on-site personnel, including a Resident Manager and a Resident Janitor. There is controlled secure access into the building with a Front Desk Attendant providing service and security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Front Desk Attendant is always on duty to help you with a variety of needs, including receiving packages and mail and providing neighborhood directions, information and tips on public transportation and shopping. We also have a modern laundry room and a bicycle storage room, both located on the lobby level.

Studio $1025 to $1175/month, 3 month minimum. For one month or longer add $400/month.
