We own and operate a rental apartment building that has provided clean, furnished, and secure housing for many Grad. Students, Doctor's, Intern's and nice people from all over the world! (Some people have lived here for over 25 years.)The building has been in family owned and operation since 1974 and we have excellent references. We have several apartments currently available that can be rented for 3 months or longer. (Limited number of shorter terms available but at a higher rental rate!) The building is well maintained, and convenient to shopping, public transportation, Northwestern Mem. Hospital, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Ton's of entertainment, and the beach/bike/run path (3 Minute walk away). Our location is excellent. The apartments are secure, clean and updated. They have large walk-in closets and private kitchens and bathrooms.

APARTMENT DETAILS:

3 MONTH MINIMUM RATES:
Studio Apartments (AVAILABLE NOW) range from $975/month to $1175/month depending on size of the unit and which floor it's on.
One Bedroom (Available NOW) Apartments range from $1500 to $2100/month

1 or 2 month lease is AVAILABLE @ a Higher Rate!

NOTE: Some Studio apartments can have 2 bed's, and some One Bedroom can have up to 3 bed's.

UTILITIES (electric, cooking gas, water, heat, and refuse) ARE INCLUDED!!!

Parking, A/C, Internet, Cable TV, & Telephone are available, but at new tenants own expense!
Linens, towels, cookware and assorted home wares are NOT INCLUDED!
Refundable Security Deposit is required.
