I am looking to rent out the extra bedroom at my place. I am pretty laid back and easy going. I am 28 and a professional that does not smoke. I am also in the process of completing my MBA so I am also pretty busy with that. I recently had a roommate who moved out and wouldn't mind having another one. I have class 2 nights a week and work quite a bit but am home some weekday nights and weekend days. I get along with pretty much everyone.
My place is about 3 minutes from I-55 and about 10 minutes from I-355.The place is furnished except your bedroom and bath which can be arranged if interested. I have plenty of storage. There is no space in the garage to park, but you can park in the drive. The price covers all utilities; it is just a lot easier that way.
