share a small 2 bedroom house for 400 a month or 100 a week plus half of the bills. the house is not in the best condition but it is liveable. been slowly fixing it up whenever i get a little money together. willing to rent the front bedroom close to the front door and living room. does not have a bed nor dresser, etc.. the house has a frigerator, stove, and sofas. it is southeast side of Chicago, on the indiana border. Close to the southshore line. email and tell me about yourself because i have to know you. Since I will be staying here also, I have to be sure we get along. I am an easy person to get along with but I do not like people that steal nor con men. I do not like gangbangers. I also do not life loud people and people that are violent. I am a private person and do not socalize with the neighbors that much. Only with just one or two of them. Prefer that you do not do the same. That is why I am looking for someone outside of Hammond.
