Female Roommate to Share 3 bedroom 2 Bath

Looking for Roommate to Share over 2200 Sq. Ft. ready to move in. Located 4 blocks North of Wrigley Field and 4 blocks West of of the Lake. Unique situation because you will have the entire garden unit to yourself. (over 900 sq ft) Rent is $750 a month plus split utility costs 50/50. I will pay cable and internet. I have a 3-Bedroom 1st floor duplex down. I am looking to rent out the entire Garden Unit. The basement has a living room, fully enclosed bedroom, and full bath. There are separate doors as well to enter your unit with a separate key. Our "common" areas would be the kitchen upstairs and stairs joining our units. Free washer and dryer in building just outside the Garden Unit. Fenced backyard with grill.. Rental and Permit Parking available.

About me:I am a straight 27-year old female working full-time in the West Loop. I have a 9lb dog living with me named Bernie. He is a Chihuahua/Terrier mix a year and a half old and is well potty trained both outside and inside. I will take complete responsibility for the dog as he will be upstairs all the time with me. I am a non-smoker, very clean person and an occasional weekend drinker.

Who I am looking for: A female, full-time worker or full-time student, non-smoker, and a person that can live with a small dog. Someone that is understanding of a roommate that works full-time but knows how to have fun on weekends. Overall a roommate that is respectful of our items and the overall appearance of the unit.
