What you'll be doing:

~ Responsible for the overall management of the store.

~ Execute company policies, procedures.

~ Meet and exceed sales and gross margin goals.

~ Responsible for creating a supportive and fun environment for our customers to shop and employees to work.

~ Responsible for operations, controlling expenses and payroll budgets, handling personnel issues, merchandising and loss prevention.


What you need for this position:

~ 3 years retail management experience in a multi-million dollar retail store in a mass-merchandising environment.

~ Experience as a Store Manager or Co-Manager for a large store (Big Box) retailer.

~ Entrepreneurial, results-oriented and strong desire to achieve.

~ Able to work a Full time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

~ A role model, leader, able to solve problems, manage your workforce to achieve maximum results.

~ Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.
