Account Executive - Finance/Accounting If you would like to work with an industry leader, our office in Schaumberg, IL is looking for driven individual for our Finance & Accounting division. In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for:


* Selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance/Accounting professionals

* Identifying, cultivating, and growing accounts

* Developing value-driven presentations for delivery during the client visit

* Calling on prospective clients at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services

* Regularly calling on existing clients to identify new hiring managers at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services

* Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction

* Conducting market research and qualifies/classifies target accounts within local geography

* Keeping abreast of market dynamics and trends within specific market and region and forecasts client demands

* Selecting and employing appropriate account development strategies

* At least a year of experience in business-to-business sales (preferably in the staffing industry but could be in a product or service sales environment)
