World renound performing arts training center is looking for an Executive Sales Manager to strengthen and grow one of our most dynamic sales teams in a stylish and fashionable work environment. Our creative arts program works with 9-17 year olds in a fun, hands-on, educational environment. We teach basic modeling, acting and auditioning skills while focusing on the child’s personal development. Reports To: The Vice President
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Hire, Train, Direct and Lead a team of sales directors
*Coordinates the day to day operations on sales floor
*Develop and impliment goals, systems, policies and procedures
*Conduct meetings weekly to encourage good work practice amoung team
*Public speaking presentations to a large audience
*Provide positive, high energy, and supportive working environment
*Reporting of the progress of the team
*Achieve weekly and monthly goals on a regular basis
Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years sales management experience
*Knowledge of word, exel, and power point
*Ability to promlem solve, handle deadlines, reach goals, and mulit task
*Self Motivated with a willingness to learn
*High energy level and powerful leadership capability
*Excellent organizational and analytical skills
This position is base salary plus bonus, with the potential to make +100K/year. Great Benefits, Medical, Dental, 401K and Vacation.
