- The base salary will be in the $45 to $50K range plus commission ($10 to $20K).

- The hours are the 4 full days M-R 9:30 to 8:30 and as needed F, Sat and Sun.


What you will be doing:

- Manage to meet operational and marketing goals monthly

- Motivate team to achieve center operational goals

- Oversee the overall operation and sales of 1 center location

- Selling educational services to parents for children K-12

- Oversee up to three individual school sites in one school district

- Develop a high level of staff moral and conduct

- Hire and train staff

- Hold monthly staff meetings

- Supervise and reviews quality and progress of student program (binder, folder, district documentation checks)

- Update student programs if necessary

- Complete all documentation in a timely manner

- Conduct Initial Inquiries

- Conduct Initial Conferences and meetings with parents

- Complete monthly Interim Conferences and progress reports for students Assists Regional Operations


What you need:


- Bachelor's Degree is a must!

- Must be able to work a 4/11 schedule (4 days/11 hours a day)

- Sales experience in a franchise or multi unit industry

- Experience in Education and/or Management

- Superb communication and organizational skills

- High levels of energy, integrity and enthusiasm

- Ability to speak SPANISH is a plus!
