We are proud to be partnering with a medical group in the Evanston area. We are in need of a Medical Records Clerk.


Sorts, retrieves and updates office information upon request.

Maintains high level of accurate record keeping.

Codes incoming material and files hard copies or computerized forms, letters, receipts or records.

Intermediate knowledge in MS Office skills required.

Sort and handle incoming mail.

Extensive filing.


Requirements:

Certified in ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 coding.

CCS, RHIA, or RHIT certifications preferred.

2+ years of relative experience in a healthcare institution.
