We are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a local area manufacturer with both a strong team/project leadership profile and an ability to chip in and get their hands dirty with every-day work. We are looking at a potential growth surge for the company, and we need someone that can handle the workload now, and as we expand in the future.


The ideal candidate will be one with direct supervisory responsibility and experience, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, both with the internal staff and with the external customer base.


Job duties as follows:

Supervise and train customer service/data entry clerks and file clerk. This will be a small team of 2-3 individuals, perhaps more as the company continues to grow.

Order Entry and Order Processing (Via phone, Fax, etc.)

Communicate order and quote status to customers in a timely manner and process all effectively by the close of business daily.


The ideal candidate will bring:

Direct experience as a supervisor, ideally in a customer service/order entry environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

TOP-NOTCH phone skills
