Looking for highly motivated and positive persons. Must have at least 5 years in the construction management or superintendent field. Must possess strong people, sales, organization, initiative, as well as entrepreneurial skills. Some public speaking experience or willingness is strongly recommended. Job will consist of contacting clients and building and keeping strong relationships, Working with sub-contracted companies, suppliers, myself, and customers on a daily basis.

Specializing in full gut rehabs on single family and multi-family, Kitchen and bath remodels, finished basements, roofs, painting, floors, clean outs, demolition and more.
