We have an excellent opportunity in our Deerfield branch for an Account Manager to join our team. Ajilon specializes in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire basis. This opportunity would cover all New Business Development activities in our Deerfield market.



As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing on new clients, penetrating existing accounts, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will be setting appointments to hiring managers to highlight Ajilon's unique scope of services to secure existing and future business, and consulting them on how to handle the daily challenges they face everyday.


This position requires a high volume of sales conversations daily, 15 face to face sales presentations weekly, and a positive upbeat attitude to be truly successful in this role. The QUALIFIED candidate must have:


BS/BA Degree in a related field

AT LEAST 1-2 years post-graduate experience

Highly motivated, work well in a fast-paced dynamic atmosphere and possess an entrepreneurial spirit

Must develop the existing client base and actively solicit new business

Work in a great team environment
