If you are a Realtor or Broker, Attorney, Mortgage Broker or CPA - we need your knowledge and real estate experience in the Chicago market.

We are a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 exchanges. Since the IRS requires investors to use us to take advantage of the tax deferral, investors need a company like us, especially in times like this.

Here is the job:
You help us market our 1031 exchange service to real estate professionals, investors and their advisors and we will pay you a referral fee and a commission on a 1099 basis for exchanges that you sell for us.

We will provide training and marketing materials. You will also be coached as needed by our staff.

REASONS TO APPLY:
