The Account Manager/Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, and relationship building.


Duties include:


*Develop and implement successful and innovative selling techniques

*Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline in the surrounding territory

*Prepare and execute formal sales presentations

*Create a long-term relationship with accompanying recruiter


Required Skills:

As the successful candidate, you will meet the following requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in business or related field
*Successful track record of selling small to medium size accounts
*Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills
*Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
*Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction
