What you need for this position:


- 3+ years of sales experience in either inside or outside sales

- Must have been in top 5% of sales team in previous position

- Excellent communication and organization skills

- Must have good PC skills (Email, MS Word, basic typing skills)

- Industries that have transferred well: pharmaceutical sales, recruiting, mortgage, selling into the legal industry

- Must be open to making cold callsWhat you'll be doing:


- Developing nationwide accounts and generating a referral business from warm leads

- Calling on attorneys whose clients have applied to Oasis to explain value added service which benefits their clients

- Fulfill immediate referral business from attorneys, gathering case information and be able to determine viability of case in suitable time frame in order to service attorney request for client

- Maintain complete notes in proprietary CRM system

- Manage key accounts independently by developing skills to evaluate and underwrite personal injury cases
