7ticks is a leading managed service provider (MSP) for the financial trading marketplace. The Company is looking for a Senior Account Manager based in our corporate office in Chicago, Illinois. This Account Manager will work directly with the Director of Accounts to grow current client satisfaction and revenue. The 7ticks team is comprised of entrepreneurial individuals and we are looking for someone with a semi-technical background, strong people skills and great work ethic.


Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end client relationships
*Develop and maintain client satisfaction and revenue retention programs
*Up-sell new services
*Develop & oversee client projects
*Draft proposals & contracts
*Do various types of procurement (hardware, telecommunications, etc.)
*Work with Director to create communications deliverables
*Stay challenged and look to grow


Ideal Experience:

* Bachelors Degree
*3 plus years managing client relationships
*Technical background/interests
*Ability to effectively interface with multiple internal & external departments
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*Strong project management skills (time and organization)
*High level of expertise with Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word)
*Trading industry experience is a big plus
