DESCRIPTION EndlessSunday.com is a new retirement website that provides useful articles about retirement destinations and an easy to use directory of senior living options across the United States. Currently we have an exciting career opportunity for Director of Sales & Marketing, an independent contractor position. POSITION SUMMARY Endless Sunday has a "Search Retirement Communities" directory which will feature various retirement homes and communities. The Director will be responsible for selling listings in the directory through cold calling. This is a 100% commission position and the Director would work from home. REGIONAL TERRITORY We are recruiting 10 marketing directors by region. In the SUBJECT of your email, please identify the region “Region #” that you are applying for. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Director will be responsible for identifying leads through online search and making 50-75 cold calls per day. The director will use the CRM to facilitate this process. The Director should have the understanding that they are working in a start-up environment and be willing to be a creator, builder, and major contributor to the overall success of Endless Sunday. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 2+ years proven sales experience - Aggressive sales demeanor, you have an answer to "NO!" - Excellent written and verbal skills - Experience using CRM system (e.g. SFDC, ZOHO) - Track record of working well independently as well as a member of the team - Ability to handle multiple tasks successfully - Proven ability to make a minimum of 250 cold calls a week - Experience working in a start-up environment that can sometimes be ambiguous - Excellent negotiation skills - Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude - Very persuasive - Exceptional computer/internet knowledge especially Microsoft products THE FOLLOWING ARE PLUSES BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED - Experience selling/marketing to the real estate/retirement community demographic - Experience selling for a start-up company PERSONALITY - YOU KEEP YOUR WORD: You do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it. - YOU RESPOND: When I call, you call back. When I send an email you respond in a reasonable time frame - YOU TAKE INITIATIVE: I can give you the tools you need and you can take those tools and run with it - YOU ARE RELIABLE: Self explanatory REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelors Degree; This is viewed on a case by case basis. A person with exceptional sales experience and a HS Diploma would be considered SALARY 30% commission + Bonus structure. At our current pricing (which will be increasing), someone that could convert 5% of cold calls (at an assumption of 250 week) to sales could make between 35-40k per year. TOOLS NEEDED Laptop with high speed internet and cell-phone/land line are a necessity. No allowance will be provided for either since this is an Independent Contractor - 100% Commission position.
