I am a LeCordon Bleu culinary school graduate with many years of catering and restaurant experience. Also have a huge knowledge of Kosher food and preparation as well as many different cuisines. What a personal chef does is, come to you (the client) and cooks a meal or meals. This can be a steady thing or a one-time thing. I have portfolios upon request and a meeting.
