Wanted: A set of wheels and tires for 1996 Honda Civic Coupe DX. I am looking for 13" or 14" OEM wheels and hubcaps with newer tires or after market 14", 15", or 16" wheels with newer tires -- 80% or more tread. If I can't find wheels and tires, I may consider buying (4) P175/70R13 tires. I don’t want to spend a lot of money for the wheels and tires, $400.00 dollars is my maximum.
