My lease ended October 31st, 2009. I have resided here for 6 years in present home with no late rental payments. I have a Section 8 voucher for a 3 bedroom. My children attend District 211 & 54 Schools- (HEHS & Eisenhower Jr. High). These are the schools that I would prefer to keep current enrollment due to school session already in progress.
I have already obtained my moving packet/papers for the owner to review or sign if interested. I have until the middle of November, but the sooner we can get the paperwork completed the earlier we can set date to move-in. I need to occupy before December 2009. I do not want to resign my present lease.
