Did you know that the average manager spends only 15 seconds reviewing an applicant’s Resume? In today’s competitive marketplace your Resume better stand out from the competition. A cheap template is not going to cut it.

There is a BIG difference between a Resume made from a template and a Resume that is customized and tailored to reflect you. A Cheap Template Resume simply takes information such as your work history, education and your name and address and throws it into a format that is the same as the Resume before yours and the same as the Resume after yours. There is no strategy or thought put behind it. It’s simply formatting facts on a sheet of paper and is very generic.

A Strategic Resume on the other hand focuses on making you stand out against the competition. It focuses on real accomplishments, qualifications and factors that separate you from the rest. It is very different from the Resume before yours and the Resume after yours because it is unique. It won’t get lost in the sea of all of the generic Resumes floating around out there.

I have an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and am not the typical Resume writer. I own an Executive Recruiting Firm and see thousands of Resumes each year.
