Visions of Suffering-Russian film...about demons. Need I say more?
Guinea Pig: Flower of Flesh and Blood-Probably the most talked about underground film of all time! It's so disgusting and based on truth that you will probably vomit after watching it. I couldn't even finish it the first time I saw it. Truly disgusting and horrible and shows how depraved people can be.

Red Room 1-This is one of my absolute favorite movies. It's Japanese and based on this idea of having four people play a card game where the winner each round makes two people do whatever he/she can think of to each other. The object is to get those people to quit playing or die trying. Whoever is last one standing gets a ton of cash. Truly horrific.
Red Room 2-the sequel to RR. I didn't think they could top it, but OH MY did they. You will never look at pregnancy the same way again.
Carmilla the Lesbian Vampire-the title says it all.
Philosophy of a Knife-Ok, this is based on a true story about a famous Japanese military experimental unit that came about during WW II. It's probably the sickest film I have ever seen and truly horrible. I mean, REALLY bad.
