Position Description:Occupational Therapist or COTA needed!


Provides and directs Occupational Therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians'' orders. Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist. Current state licensure.
