-Investigate, report, recover and resolve all types of negative balance inquiries received from health plans, commercial customers and government entities

-Initiation of collection type telephone calls and letter management to providers to obtain refunds of overpayments that will eliminate their negative balance

-Work closely with settlement team, unsolicited check team and audit team to ensure claim platform reflects accurate status of negative balance


Requirements


-1 year experience with Behavioral Health Claims Required

-Level of autonomy/decision making required

-Some project management skills

-Good oral and written communication skills

-Intermediate Word and Excel skills
