Position Description:RehabCare, a leading provider of rehabilitation management services, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist at Mid- America Care Center in Chicago and Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen in Glenview, IL. You ll be responsible for assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. You ll also cross-train team members in speech-language pathology skills and conduct patient and family education sessions. Education or experience working with an adult/geriatric population is required, preferably in a skilled nursing setting.
Experience Required:Must be Licensed or Certified.
