HealthCare Staffing, Inc. is looking for a Physical Therapist to do home health visits on the north side of Chicago. Position can be either part time or full time. We are open to coverage for any areas of the north side, so name your geographical boundaries, and we can refer patients to you. Any PT who is interested should have the Illinois PT license, drivers license and auto insurance, TB, immunization/physical records, and CPR card (must be from an actual class, not an online certification).
