Position Description:Emergency Room Director job in Illinois. Seeking a strong leader with ER experience to oversee staff in a very challenging ER, full spectrum, beautiful state of the art ER, fast track area, 31 beds level 2 trauma center. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Bachelors degree in Nursing. Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business. Five years of experience managing similar department. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Illinois. CPR certification. This is a day shift - with rotation if needed.
