Position Description:A large, fast-paced psychiatric and geriatric Skilled Nursing facility in Chicago has an opportunity for a seasoned Administrator. This building is in excellent shape survey-wise, has stable departmental staff and is part of a growing, regional company.
Experience Required:Qualified candidate will be an Illinois licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and have 3-5 years of experience as the Administrator of a fast-paced SNF. This position is for a person with impeccable attention to detail, a high energy level, the desire to be visible to staff and residents, and the ability to teach and train staff. Due to the resident psychiatric population, previous psych experience is preferred but not required.
