Master Franchisor in IL for a sports theme restaurant franchise is searching for a Marketing Professional to become a partner in the business. What I am looking for is someone that understands how to attract prospects (investors) and work with franchisees on opening their restaurant then to reach sales goals. This is not a sales position since that is my responsibility along with operations and training. The franchise has an in house marketing person that will create anything needed for each location. I have already arranged additional support for every franchisee including a promotions person, beer installation company, sign manufacturer, sports memorabilia company and a commercial realtor if needed.

There is no investment for becoming a partner except for your time and knowledge. In return, I am offering 1% royalty revenue from all stores open in IL and $4,000 from each agreement signed and franchise fee paid. Based on a similar franchise that has almost 50 stores open in IL, I am projecting to have at least 25 stores each generating at least $1.5 million in sales. When fully developed at peak performance, this will provide an income of $375k a year. The size of stores will range from 3000 sq ft to 6000 sq ft. with a full bar or a bar with a large selection of draft and bottle beer.
