For rate, this is a general rate range and rate is something we will talk about, round about in this range.


Client has a need for two senior level UX Architects for two separate projects. This first project deals with the redesign and portalization of their customer facing application, (proprietary) presentation layer. The new design will support the portalization of several customer care applications into one integrated interface, eliminating the need for customer care reps to have 5 or 6 applications open on their desktops at the same time. The second project will support the deign of a claims "Self Service" application where Client customers can rapidly and easily service non complex insurance claims via the web.


Apply detailed knowledge of human factors, user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design and user interface design to create complex, web based software solutions that yield a positive user experience. Contribute to the definition of user interface design standards and reusable architectures. Responsible for leading and performing user-centered design activities, creating/validating design solutions and mentoring/guiding others. Writes HTML code, and prepares

technical documentation for applications. Technical resource skill and knowledge includes both basic and new technology experience, plus specific niche technology or product skills that are on the emerging market space. Responsible for the design and development of web based applications. Understanding of applications, graphical user interfaces or control languages. Will perform some HTML, JavaScript and CSS prototyping, but this is not a visual design / graphic arts role.
