Resource 1 is in need of a Project Controls Consultant with experience performing the full spectrum of project controls activities in the maintenance/service/pipeline construction business for mid size ($100 - $200 million) companies. Individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of project control processes, procedures and tools associated with construction of gas/oil pipelines. Individual will work with upper management and the software implementation manager, to evaluate capabilities of existing software and other software packages to develop an integrated project control approach. Individual will be responsible for evaluating other software packages like Primavera and Timberline and making recommendations to upper management. Project control areas include, but are not limited to, Scope/Change Management, Contract/Subcontract Administration, Schedule Development/Control, Cost Estimating, Budgeting, Risk Assessment and Bid Review/Approval.
