IT Solutions Firm-Straight Permanent


Need to be Client Facing (#1)

Must be Full CCIE Certified (Passed Written and Labs)


*Call Manager installations and upgrades for 4.X to 7.0
*Unity and Unity Connection with Outlook and or Lotus Domino integration
*Dial plans and restrictions - location, time of day, groups and users
*Documentation skills - Ability to generate as built documentation and Visio diagrams, proposals, Statements of Work detailing services proposed
*Troubleshooting voice quality issues at voice gateway, carrier interfacing problem resolution skills
*Call Center Express - any exposure to call Scripting for 300 agents sites and below, skills based routing and ACD prompting Routing and switching for voice gateway, phones.
