Duties:

* Build and maintain relationships with senior managers in the North American commercial groups
* Understand business objectives, strategies and programs and ensure priorities are aligned
* Develop and maintain formal IT strategy and plan documents
* Translate business requirements into IT business cases and project proposals
* Accountable for overall customer satisfaction in relation to IT services
* Primary point of contact for business stakeholders
* Champion innovation in business operations, processes and resources
* Provide leadership in identifying business building opportunities
* Ensure delivery of projects

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience as an IT Manager or equivalent BRM position
* BS Degree
* Process knowledge in CRM or Order to Cash
* Experience in sales/marketing
* SAP experience desired
* Distribution/logistics background a plus
