QA Lead for Automation

CONTRACT PER HOUR: $30 per hour


This employee should start: Immediate and should be in position for: Long Term


Employee would work from: Chicago, IL

Critical Scoring: Automation experience in developing frameworks Strong QTP & QC experience

Job Duties:

• Ability to author quality test cases using standard testing techniques.

• Ability to lead peer review of test assets.

• Execution of manual and automated test cases

• Ability to guide the team members in test case execution. Knowledgeable about exploratory testing

• Passion/interest to learn the domain of the Application Under Test

• Ability to identify the issues, develop hypothesis, conduct analysis and synthesize recommendations.

• Owns responsibility for challenged defects and test cases

Skills Required: Proficient in the following:

• Visual Basic

• Shell Scripting Basic scripting skills:(Shell, Perl, Python, Test automation tools (QTP must) Develop simple to high complexity test automation scripts

Minimum Education: Bachelors or Masters

Minimum Experience: 8 years
