TEKsystems has partnered with a client located in Downtown Chicago who has expressed the need for an experienced portal developer lead to join their team on a contractual basis.


Skills Required:

Sr. Portal Developer


- Build JSR168 portlets using spring MVC

- Build portal components as part of authentication and authorization process

- Build skins and themes in Websphere Portal 6.1

- Convert existing functions into portals

- Familiar with portal deployment process

- Familiar with portal factory

- Familiar with content management systems - Teamsite, WCM.

- Experience in JCL connectivity to mainframe a plus

- Knowledge of JSR286 portlets a plus

- Independent go-getter who can take the lead with minimal guidance, and help the team here with portal conversion strategy.
