Duties:



* Trading application support

* Moves new software releases from development to UAT to production

* User support and training on desktop trading applications

* Communicate directly with traders and software development teams

* Responsible for all documentation

* Participate in engineering efforts to automate processes, monitor systems and improve software management




Requirements:



* 4+ years experience in MS Windows Server and Desktop environment

* 2+ years experience with Unix (Red Hat Linux a plus) and MS SQL Server

* Trading industry experience required

* Excellent communication and documentation skills
