Duties:

*Computer and application support
*Record details of problems into system and resolve all issues
*Troubleshoot Tier 1 & 2 issues
*Production support documentation
*Monitor nightly and weekend jobs that run on AS400
*First level support for Citrix, JDE OneWorld, PC software applications, desktop/laptop hardware and network

Requirements:

*2+ years minimum monitoring jobs on an AS400 system
*3+ years experience working in a full service IT Service Center
*Solid working knowledge of AD, Users, Security Groups, Outlook, Exchange, Ethernet, Network printing, VPN
*Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Must be able to work varied shifts
*BS Degree highly desired
*MCP and ITIL Certifications a big plus
*JDEdwards knowledge a plus
