I am looking to Rent a Home with the Option to purchase that home in 2 years with very little down and half of the rent being applied towards the down payment. I would like to NEGOTIATE a price for the HOME today, lock in that price for the right to buy the home in 2 years. I am looking to rent right away. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!!
