Sapele is an exotic hardwood, sometimes called African Mahogany. Gorgeous brown with reddish undertones for a warm look.
Engineered flooring, 3.25in wide. Suitable for glue-down, or nail-down installations.

This is top-of-the-line super-premium flooring. Factory-applied titanium finish, with UV inhibitor to prevent fading. Outstanding milling. Sapele is much harder than oak, so this is a good durable floor.

This is leftover from reflooring my house, so I'd like to recoup a bit of my costs... This flooring sells locally at retail for $14/ft, so I'm selling at a huge discount. Very consistent color between boards. The color is very rich and elegant... It will make your room look fantastic, especially with white trim. The color is like a dark walnut, but with red undertones for warmth. This has a premium factory-applied stain that darkens and equalizes the color so it's very consistent and rich, giving the room a nice uniform color, while maintaining the beauty and banding of the grain in Sapele.

I have ~190 sq ft available, unused in box, a bit more if you need it. $4/ft, $125/box or best offer. I'd like to move this quickly, as I don't want to store it.
You pick up in downtown Chicago. No stairs are involved. Will fit in a car.
