If you are a Restaurant General Manager with start up experience and can handle working in a high volume environment, please read on!


What you will need:

- Strong interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.

- 3 years successful restaurant management experience

- Start up Experience

- Able to work in a high volume work environment

- Accounting and cash management knowledge

- Ability to work 50 hours a week including nights and weekends

- Extended knowledge of the pizza business

- Proficient in Excel and creating spreadsheets

- Marketing and advertising experience


What you will be doing:

- Controlling day to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food & supplies and developing the restaurant team

- Regulating the ordering of food and supplies

- Ensuring effective shift operations and the overall operations of the store

- Leading and managing shifts while acting as manager in charge of store

- Reporting directly to owner and investor
