This position is going to be located in the Chicago land area. We need a strong Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience performing business analysis and writing specs, creating use cases, and gathering business and technical requirements. Prior experience in the Travel industry, such as working for airlines, hotels, auto rental companies, etc. is required. Prior eCommerce experience is required as well. Person will be responsible and needs prior experience writing use cases, detailed requirements, interviewing developers and business owners, translating functional requirements into business requirements, and strong communication and documentation skills to report their progress. Prior experience with Visio is needed. Also, the ability to communicate with both the Business and IT teams in the organization is crucial. This BA will need to be able to prioritize and give pushback when needed to the business and technology teams, to make sure all goals and deadlines are met.
