TEKsystems client is looking for an experienced E-commerce Business Analyst with Travel Industry experience.


The clients largest focus over the next couple of years is to improve the customer experience on the website and improve their customer experience. Currently, they do not have anyone on their team who can dedicate time to these new projects and need to have someone to come in and be able to immediately write requirements.


Person should have a minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.

Candidate must have previous working experience on a travel website. Airline experience is strongly preferred.

Person will be responsible and needs prior experience writing use cases, detailed requirements, interviewing developers and business owners, translating functional requirements into technical requirements.

Strong communication and documentation skills to report their progress. Prior experience with MS Project or Visio is needed.
