We have developed a unique, fun and exciting gumball product that is very appealing to a wide variety of customers. The Operations Manager Trainee will need to learn and master several aspects of the business to succeed:

1) How to produce and ship the product, which requires basic word processing and office equipment skills.
2) The position will also require excercising a marketing plan that includes lead research on internet, telephone calls to introduce product and personal visits to close sales.
3) As sales grow, the position takes responsibility for hiring and managing employees to produce and ship product.

Reliable transportation will be a necessity. There will be an allowance for business travel using personal car.

Payment for production will be $10.00/hr with up to 50% profit bonus.
