Immediate position available for a Community Representative with our company. Serve as a liaison between our company and health care professionals promoting home care services. Responsibilities include: Face to face presentation and contact with home health agencies, decision makers, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, seminars, fairs and trade shows. Establish and maintain professional relationships and referral sources. Be able to secure referrals. Increasing revenue and awareness about our services. Be a people person. Have a passion to help others.

Qualifications required: The right candidate will have excellent time and organizational skills, ability to work on his/her own, passion and energy, computer skills, a dedicated work ethic, good communication skills, sales experience, some knowledge of home health or home care industry a plus.
